This conference is organized聽every year by AGS graduate students (AGS Graduate Student Conference Committee) and features papers by students and faculty coming from around the world.

The School of International Relations at AGS will hold its 5th Annual International Graduate Student Conference on June 1 and 2, 2010, at AGS in Paris.聽The theme this year聽is: Evolving Borders: Identity and Affiliation in a Volatile International Landscape.
This year's conference will discuss how the centrality of the state in world affairs has been put into question and will focus on the relationship between the state and the individual, between hegemonic and peripheral states, and between blocs of states linked together in political superstructures.Contact Us

The people that I met at AGS will remain my friends forever, despite the fact that they are now all over the world. I know each one of my professors personally and keep in touch with them. I don't think that I would ever have been as involved in my grad school if I had gone to a larger institution.
